     This 275,000 sq.ft. warehouse and distribution facility serves Beall's Department stores southeastern distribution needs. The building built at dock high with warehouse areas at 40 foot clear and packaging areas at 36 foot clear encloses state of the art materials handling systems. This facility was built turnkey and leased to Beall's, Inc. under a long term agreement. The development included land subdivision, wetland mitigation, extensive agency permitting, complete design and construction. All completed in less than ten months
